I know I know.... I said I had all these interesting things to say about food... and then... have been far too busy to do anything about it.

But, coming up in the next few days... my new "southern" chicken piccata, home-made cheesecake-y filling stuff for your breakfast delights, and "fa" soup (actually spelled pho....) that will rock your world.

Or at least, mine.

And tips on stretching that dollar for gourmet purposes. Riiiiiight after I shovel my way to the car for more groceries.
